Do portfolios need to provide case study information for each building in the portfolio?

No.

For the purposes of the Green Star Case Study criteria under the Industry Development credit from Green Star Performance v2, portfolios may use a portfolio submission approach by providing information for an overall case study for the whole portfolio, supported with information for 3 individual asset case studies.
