Is there an alternative pathway for projects to target Credit 15B.2.3 Domestic Hot Water?

Yes.

Projects may target 2 points under 15B.2.3 Domestic Hot Water from Green Star - Design & As Built by using an electric heat pump with a minimum COP of 3.5 on the condition that the heat pump will be powered by 100% renewable energy (on-site or off-site).
