Green Star FAQs
Does the NABERS rated period need to align with the performance period in Green Star - Performance?
Yes, as closely as possible.
Projects that are pursuing any NABERS pathway in Green Star - Performance must align the rated period of the NABERS rating with the performance period of the Green Star - Performance rating as closely as possible, within three months either side of the performance period.
For example, if the performance period is 01/01/2018 - 31/12/2018 for Green Star - Performance, the 12 month NABERS rated period must fall within 01/10/17 to 31/03/19.
The NABERS Certificate and report must be provided as part of the submission.
The above noted alignment of an asset's data period being within three months either side of the performance period may be used for all pathways under the Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Potable Water credits in Green Star - Performance.
