Yes. Green Star Accredited Professionals (GSAPs) who have a valid accreditation under the Green Star Performance v2 GSAP program may use this certification when targeting Credit 1 - Green Star Accredited Professional for the Green Star - Performance v1.2 rating tool.

F-00394 - What is the relevant certification period for the GSAP credit when recertifying under the Communities v1.1 tool?
The relevant certification period is from the date the project was initially certified until the date the recertification submission was lodged. The GBCA recommends a Technical Question be submitted should the GSAP accreditation period not align with the above dates.

No, all apartments are not required to be tested for air-tightness in Green Star. F-00404 - What is in the scope of a project's total contract value?
The GBCA clarifies that a project's total contract value refers to the cost to complete the works for the entire project including site works. Demolition works, consultant fees and works outside the scope of the Green Star project boundary are to be excluded.
