Yes, projects may target the Heating and Cooling of Sole Occupancy Units criteria under the Energy Use - Residential Pathway credit from Buildings v1 by demonstrating that the building provides VRV/VRF heat recovery systems.

In Green Star Buildings v1, the Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) must be engaged within one month of the project’s registration and remain engaged through to certification. Where the GSAP is appointed after schematic design, the project may still target the credit, provided the GSAP is engaged within one month of registration. Yes, anti-corrosion coatings and any required touch ups of the coatings applied offsite or prior to enclosure of the façade may be excluded from the credit requirements outlined in the submission guidelines.    

Yes.  To determine the number of showers and lockers as required under the Changing Facilities (Minimum Expectation) criterion from the Movement & Place credit, Class 5 projects may adopt the default occupancy as 75% of the building population as determined from NCC 2022 D2D18. Please ensure a clear calculation is provided in your submission.
