No.
For the purposes of the Green Star Case Study criteria under the Industry Development credit from Green Star Performance v2, portfolios may use a portfolio submission approach by providing information for an overall case study for the whole portfolio, supported with information for 3 individual asset case studies.

F-00432 - Do amenity rooms need to comply with the specified credits if they are not regularly occupied?
Yes, for the purposes of the Amenity and Comfort credit, all amenity rooms must comply with Minimum Expectation and Credit Achievement in the Light Quality and Acoustic Comfort credits and the 'Equal access to the building' criterion under the Inclusive Design criteria in Credit Achievement regardless of whether they are considered regularly occupied areas in the project.

Initial refrigerant charge refers to the quantity of refrigerant added to a building system or domestic appliance upon installation. It does not include any refrigerant top up during operation due to leakage.
