What is meant by the term 'whole site' , specifically under the Waterway Protection credit?
For the purposes of the Waterway Protection credit in Green Star Buildings v1, 'whole site' is defined as the scope of the Green Star boundary. This includes areas beyond the building footprint if they are included to be in the Green Star boundary, but does not include areas beyond the Green Star boundary such as a broader precinct. Should the project wish to include the broader precinct, please submit a project-specific Technical Question to the GBCA to review the approach.
