Can a Class 2 building use the Reference building pathway under the Energy Use credit from Green Star Buildings?

Yes, Class 2 projects may use the Reference building instead of the Residential pathway under the Energy Use credit from Green Star Buildings v1. Please refer to the Energy Use Calculation Guide for further guidance on how to model a Class 2 reference building.
